HaloScape for Students

1. Campaign Organizer

This campaign is organized by RealWorks Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as "RealWorks"), the owner of the HaloScape application. "HaloScape" refers to the application operated by RealWorks.

2. Scope of the Campaign

The campaign offers eligible university students 1 (one) year of free access to the HaloScape application.

3. Geographic Eligibility

This campaign is valid only for students enrolled at universities in Türkiye. Email addresses belonging to universities outside Türkiye are not covered by the campaign.

4. Who Is Eligible

The campaign is available to university students who hold a valid Turkish university email address (an institutional email with a .edu / .edu.tr extension). Eligibility is verified through this email address at the time of registration in the application.

5. Participation and Student Verification

No separate application form is required to take part in the campaign. The student needs only to: download the HaloScape application and register using a university (.edu / .edu.tr) email address. Student access is granted automatically at this step.

6. Payment Information

No credit card or any other payment method is required to benefit from the free access. No charge is collected for the duration of the campaign.

7. Free Access Period

Free access is valid for 1 (one) year from the date on which student access is granted.

8. Expiry of the Campaign Period

The user will be notified before the free access period ends. Should the user wish to continue using the service, they may review the membership options available at that time. No automatic paid renewal takes place at the end of the period; the decision to continue rests with the user.

9. Protection of Personal Data

Personal data processed during registration and student verification (including the university email address and related account information) is processed by RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.

10. General Provisions

• The campaign is personal; student access is non-transferable.
• RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. reserves the right to amend the terms of the campaign, extend or shorten its duration, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.
• Accounts found to be using a fake, invalid, or unauthorized email address, or otherwise abusing these terms, may have their access revoked.
• In any dispute arising from the interpretation of these terms, the records of RealWorks Teknoloji A.Ş. shall prevail.
